The makers of Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s next announced their film’s official title on Saturday, alongwith a new poster. The film, previously carrying the tentative title NKR 21, is now titled Arjun S/O Vyajayanthi.

The upcoming action drama marks the on-screen return for Vijayashanthi after many years, featuring her as IPS officer Vyajayanthi. Kalyan Ram shared the title announcement on his social media pages, adding the caption, “NKR21 is Arjun S/O Vyajayanthi. Happy Women's Day to all the great women and mothers out there. So glad to be working with Vijayashanthi gaaru. See you in cinemas soon.’

Directed by Pradeep Chilukuri, Arjun S/O Vyajayanthi also stars Sohail Khan and Saiee Manjrekar in the lead cast. The first glimpse of the film was released over 9 months ago.

The film is produced by Ashok Vardhan Muppa and Sunil Balusu under the banners Ashoka Creations and NTR Arts. Ajaneesh Loknath is composing music for the film. The cinematography is by Ram Prasad, while editing is by Thammiraju. Srikanth Vissa is the screenplay writer.

Kalyan Ram’s last major release was Devil: The British Secret Agent, which hit theatres in December 2023.
