The sequel to Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi has been officially announced. Titled ENE Repeat, the project marks the return of director Tharun Bhascker and the original cast, including Vishwak Sen, Sai Sushanth Reddy, Abhinav Gomatam, and Venkatesh Kakumanu. The announcement was released with a stylised poster that hints at another youthful and humorous adventure.

Produced by Suresh Babu, Srujan Yarabolu, and Sandeep Nagireddy under the banners of Suresh Productions and S Originals, the sequel is currently in pre-production. The creative team also includes composer Vivek Sagar, cinematographer AJ Aaron, and editor Raviteja Girijala, key members from the original film.

Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi, released in 2018, followed four friends navigating their lives and ambitions against the backdrop of filmmaking and friendship. It developed a strong fan base, particularly among younger audiences, and achieved cult status over the years. A re-release further cemented its popularity, prompting anticipation for a follow-up.

The title reveal of ENE Repeat came with a poster featuring floating props like beer bottles, clothes, sunglasses, and a flight ticket suggesting a chaotic and comic narrative. The tagline, “Elinaati Shani Ayyipoyindhi, Kanyaraasi Time Ochindi,” (Years of Shani has completed, finally team Kanyaraasi is back) adds to the light-hearted tone.
