Nayan Sarika has joined the cast of Niharika Konidela’s second production venture under Pink Elephant Pictures. The makers announced the news on Thursday. The yet-to-be-titled film stars Sangeeth Shobhan in the lead role and is directed by Manasa Sharma, marking her feature film debut.

Nayan Sarika, who previously collaborated with the banner on the web series Hello World and Bench Life, will be paired opposite Sangeeth. She last appeared in Aay and KA. 

The film reunites the core team from the ZEE5 series Oka Chinna Family Story, which featured Sangeeth Shobhan and was written by Manasa Sharma. The trio of Niharika, Manasa, and Nayan also previously worked together on Bench Life. This project marks another collaboration between Nayan, Niharika, and director Manasa Sharma.

The film also features a supporting cast that includes Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji, Tanikella Bharani, Ashish Vidyarthi, Getup Srinu, Sukwinder Singh, and Aruna Bhikshu. The screenplay and dialogues are being co-written by Mahesh Uppala and Manasa Sharma, with music composed by Anudeep Dev.

Niharika’s first production Committee Kurrollu was well received and recently won two Telangana Gaddar Film Awards. Further details about the film’s title and additional crew are expected to be announced soon.
