The makers of Gedela Raju - Kakinada Taluka, starring acclaimed musician-actor Raghu Kunche in the titular role, unveiled the first look poster of the film on Friday. The first look shows various stills of Raghu as Gedela Raju and he appears to be a rural gangster.

Directed by debutant Chaitanya Moturi, Gedela Raju - Kakinada Taluka is touted as a gripping love and crime thriller inspired by real-life events near Kakinada. Raghu Kunche also presents the film, with Vani Ravikumar Moturi producing and Ravi Chinnabilli and Veerabhadra Rao Tadala co-producing.

The ensemble cast of Gedela Raju features Ramchandram Punyamanthula, Teena Sravya, Sridivya, Vikas, and Mounica, along with Ravi Chinnabilli in significant roles. Supporting actors include Srikanth Ayyangar, Mehaboob Basha, and Kittayya.

The title announcement of Gedela Raju took place in Hyderabad, and the film’s production is close to wrapping up. Raghu Kunche doubles as the music composer, while Sai Kumar Dara handles cinematography. The editing is led by Sudheer Yedla, with Sekhar Kumpatla as co-director.
