For the past couple of days, plenty of rumours had been doing rounds about the casting of Trivikram’s upcoming mythological film. While it was initially reported that Allu Arjun might be signed to headlined the film, NTR Jr has now rumouredly onboarded the film.

To be produced by Harika and Hassine Creations, the upcoming Trivikram project is reportedly based on Kartikeya, the mythological god of war. An official announcemen is expected to be made later this week.

NTR Jr and Trivikram had previously collaborated on the 2018 film Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava, which too was incidentally bankrolled under Harika and Hassine Creations banner. Also starring Pooja Hegde, the film emerged as the second-highest grossing Telugu film that year.

Trivikram’s previous film Guntur Kaaram, which starred Mahesh Babu in the lead, was a commercial failure. Meanwhile, NTR Jr is slated to make his Bollywood debut later this year with War 2, the sequel to 2019 film War, with Hrithik Roshan reprising his role.

Trivikram is reportedly planning a separate movie with Ram Charan in the lead.
