The makers of Meghalu Cheppina Prema Katha had released the first teaser of their film a few days ago. On Sunday, a new glimpse titled ‘Teaser 2’ was unveiled by the team.

Unlike the previous teaser, which focused more on the bonding points between the film’s protagonists, ‘Teaser 2’ plays on the external conflicts and internal fears that stand between them. Unlike the hero, who is more introspective and brooding in nature, the female protagonist Meghna (Rabiya) is more life-embracing and positive in nature. What further complicates their relationship is one of Meghna’s colleagues who threatens to be a romantic competition too.

While Naresh Agastya plays the male lead, Rabiya Khatoon makes her Telugu debut playing the female lead. The ensemble cast of the film includes prominent names like Aamani, Harsha Vardhan, Tulasi and Venkatesh Kakumanu, who plays the hero’s best friend.

Meghalu Cheppina Prema Katha is produced by Uma Devi Kota, who has also co-written the script for the film in association with Ravinder Pulle and director Vipin. Mohana Krishna is the cinematographer, and Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor. The music direction is by Justin Prabhakaran. The film also has veteran producer designer Thota Tharani onboard as part of the technical team.

A release date for the film is yet to be announced.
