Ravi Teja’s father Rajagopal Raju passed away due to old-age related health problems on Tuesday night. He was 90 years old

Ravi Teja’s father Rajagopal Raju passed away due to old-age related health problems on Tuesday night. He was 90 years old.

Rajagopal Raju was reportedly suffering from health issues and ailments for a long time. He breathed his last at Ravi Teja’s Hyderabad residence. 

Hailing from Jaggampeta (Andhra Pradesh), Rajagopal Raju was a travelling pharmacist. As a result, his profession took him to several parts of the country, and Ravi’s schooling happening all over the country, including places like Jaipur, Delhi, Mumbai, and Bhopal.

Even after Ravi Teja attained stardom in Telugu cinema, Rajagopal Raju reportedly maintained a very low profile and was rarely seen at public events.

Besides Ravi Teja, Rajagopal Raju is survived by his wife Rajya Lakshmi, and his other son Raghu Raju. Ravi Teja’s younger brother Bharath Raju, who had also acted in a couple of films, passed away in 2017 in a car crash accident.
