Kiran Abbavaram, known for his rise from short films to mainstream cinema, is stepping into film production with a new project aimed at supporting emerging talent. At a recent event for Dilruba, Kiran spoke about his early struggles in the industry and reiterated his commitment to giving opportunities to newcomers without film industry connections.

Now, Kiran Abbavaram is launching a new film under his own production banner, KA Productions. The project introduces Ram Charan, not to be confused with the popular actor, as the lead. Ram previously worked as a camera assistant on Kiran’s earlier films. The director is also a debutant, who was part of Kiran’s past projects in an online editing role.

The upcoming film is said to be inspired by true events and will follow an emotional narrative. While the title and first look are yet to be revealed, Kiran took to social media to confirm that pre-production is underway, and shooting is expected to begin later this year.

“Every journey begins with a dream,” Kiran wrote, “When I started mine seven years ago, I had no idea if it would come true. But today, with the love of the audience, I’ve earned recognition as a hero. Through KA Productions, we aim to create opportunities for young talent who enter the industry with a dream, just like I did.”

The official announcement and details of the project are set to be out on July 10.
