Special single ‘Lilly Killi’ from Kobali is a foot-tapping dance number

Kobali is a violent web series based in Rayalaseema backdrop set to start streaming from February 4 on Disney+ Hotstar

The makers of Kobali, an upcoming Telugu series, unveiled a special single from the series titled ‘Lilly Killi.’ The song has attractive vocals by Meghanaa Naidu Dasari with lyrics penned by Viswanath Karasala. Sneha Latha Gupta dances in the groovy folk song. The special song is composed by Siva Prasad Imandi. Meanwhile, the original score for the series is composed by Gowra Hari. The series is set to begin streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from February 4. 

The recently released trailer for Kobali starts with a hard-hitting dialogue that sets the tone. “In every story you read in the epics or hear from the legends, you will find traces of selfishness and hatred that led to wars. Many kings were destroyed but they never listened,” says an intense Ravi Prakash paving way for a barrage of brutal violence and intense drama. The trailer hints at a blood soaked village saga between two main families. 

Ravi Prakash plays the lead role along with Sri Tej in Kobali. The series, directed by Revanth Levaka, is touted to be a crime-revenge thriller set against the Rayalaseema backdrop. The revenge thriller’s extended cast includes Syamala, Rocky Singh, Venkat, Tarun Rohith, Dr Bharath Reddy, Yog Khatri, Gaddam Naveen, Sagar Majji, Manikanta among others. 

Kobali has story by Revanth Levaka, Jeevan Bandi, Rajasekhar Reddy and Kammireddy. The dialogue credits are given to Revanth Levaka and Dattatreya Reddy. Rohit Bachu took care of cinematography and Rohan Singh Takur handled production design. Jyothi Meghavath Rathod, Raja Sekhar Reddy Kammireddy and Tirupati Srinivasa Rao bankrolled the series which is gearing up for streaming.
