The makers of Artiste released their first single, titled ‘Chusthu Chusthu’ on Thursday. Suresh Bobbili, who composed music for the popular web series 90s - A Middle Class Biopic, is the music director for Artiste.

Penned by Rambabu Gosala, ‘Chusthu Chusthu’ is an upbeat and sensual romantic number. Kapil Kapilan is the playback singer. Choreographed by JD Master, the song video for ‘Chusthu Chusthu’ has been picturised with the film’s leads Santosh Kalwacherla and Krisheka Patel against several backdrops, including the festival of Holi. 

The film’s supporting cast includes Satyam Rajesh, Tanikella Bharani, Thagubothu Ramesh, Sonia Akula, Prabhakar and Vinay Varma. Chandu AJ is the cinematographer, and RM Viswanath Kuchanapalli is the editor. 

Artiste is directed by Ratan Rishi, who has also penned the film’s storyline. James Watt Kommu serves as the producer, bankrolling the project under SJK Entertainment. The first glimpse of the film, released on January 21, promises a violent psychological thriller. The makers of the film are yet to announce a release date.
