Varalaxmi Sarathkumar to work with Adiparvam fame Sanjeev Megoti

The film is reportedly a psychological action thriller

Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, who appeared in films such as HanuMan, Sabari and Raayan last year, has now signed her next project. The Raayan actor will be working in a film directed by Sanjeev Megoti. 

While more details about the film’s primary cast and crew as well as the production banner are yet to be announced, the film is reportedly a psychological action thriller. Sanjeev Megoti, who is also the writer for this film, has previously made films like Q Danduku Chavuku (2015) and Dandu (2016). More recently, he directed the Lakshmi Manchu starrer Adiparvam (2024). 

Varalaxmi also played a major role in Madha Gaja Raja, the Sundar C comedy, also starring Vishal, which finally released in theatres 12 years after its completion. On a personal note, the actor got married to Nicholai Sachdev, an art gallerist based in Mumbai, in July last year.
