Sanjeev Reddy, who has previously directed ABCD and the web series Aha Naa Pellanta, is directing the upcoming Chandini Chowdary-starrer Santhana Prapthirasthu.  On Tuesday, the makers released a new poster of their film. 

The film’s title poster was launched in May previous year. Billed as a musical family entertainer, the film promises to revolved around a young married couple trying to have a baby while dealing with societal stigmas.

While Vikranth Reddy plays the male lead opposite Chandini, the ensemble cast includes actors like Vennela Kishore, Tharun Bhascker Dhaassyam, Abhinav Gomatam, Muralidhar Goud, Harsha Vardhan, Thagubothu Ramesh, Abhay Bethiganti, and Anil Geela. 

The makers of Santhana Prapthirasthu are yet to announce a release date for their film. The film is produced by Madhura Sreedhar Reddy and Nirvi Hariprasad Reddy under the banner of Madhura Entertainment and Nirvi Arts. Sunil Kashyap is the music director. Sheik Dawood G has penned the screenplay alongwith Sanjeev Reddy. 

Chandini Chowdary was recently seen in a special appearance in Balakrishna starrer Daaku Maharaaj.
