The first look of the upcoming pan-India film Nagabandham was unveiled on Monday, with Rana Daggubati sharing the poster on his X page. Nagabandham features Virat Karrna in the lead role of Rudhra.

The poster features Virat in a rugged and action-packed avatar, with the actor fearlessly battling a crocodile amidst a turbulent ocean. The poster also carries the tagline, ‘The Secret Treasure.’ Billed as an epic adventure, Nagabandham promises to explore the mythology behind the ancient Vishnu temples, focusing on the sacred practice of Nagabandham. 

Abhishek Nama helms the direction, besides penning the story and screenplay for the film. Kalyan Chakravarthy has penned the dialogues.  Nabha Natesh and Iswarya Menon play the female leads, while the supporting cast includes prominent actors like Jagapathi Babu, Jayaprakash, BS Avinash and Murali Sharma among others. On the technical front, the cinematography is handled by Soundar Rajan S, while Santosh Kamireddy is the editor. Abhe provides the music.

The movie is being produced by Kishore Annapureddy under NIK Studios, in collaboration with Abhishek Pictures. The shoot for Nagabandham is currently underway, with the makers planning to release the film later this year.
