Notes cinematographer Andrew Babu is about to make his directorial debut with Boomerang, which he also wrote. The film has Anu Emmanuel playing the lead.

On Thursday, Venkatesh launched the film’s first-look poster. The film is said to be based on the concept of karma. The makers added a tagline on the poster of Boomerang that says, “Karma has no menu. You get served what you deserve.”

Shiva Kandukuri, Vennela Kishore, and Harsha Chemudu are also part of the key cast of Boomerang. The thriller is produced by London Ganesh and Praveen Reddy Vootla under the banners of Big Movie Makers and MY3 Arts banners. The film has editing by Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao and music by Anup Rubens.
