Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 to get 20 min added from this date

Pushpa 2: The Rule, released on December 5, minted 1830 crores as of Tuesday making it the second highest grosser in India

The makers of Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule have announced that the gangster thriller will get 20 minutes additional footage from January 11 in theatres, marking the birthday of the film’s director Sukumar. Makers term this as "The reloaded version" of the film. Trade experts predict that the added footage might boost the film’s overall collections. The additional footage is also said to be added for the film’s Netflix premiere. 

Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2: The Rule also stars Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Sree Leela, Sunil, Rao Ramesh, Anasuya Bharadwaj among others. Released on December 5, the film has grossed Rs 1,831 crores worldwide, becoming India’s second-highest-grossing film behind Dangal.

Building on the phenomenal success of Pushpa: The Rise (2019), the sequel takes the saga of Pushpa Raj to new heights. With music by Devi Sri Prasad and stunning visuals by Miroslaw Kuba Brozek, Pushpa 2: The Rule is playing in theatres.
