The makers of Kannappa, starring Manchu Vishnu, unveiled the character poster of Kajal Aggarwal as Parvati Devi. The poster portrays Kajal as the divine goddess sitting on a stone in a white saree. The team released the poster and wrote, “Mother who rules over three worlds. The Trishakti who protects her devotees. In the sacred Sri Kalahasti shrine, resides the holy Janana Prasunambika.”

Kannappa, produced by 24 Frames Factory, is based on the story of a Shiva devotee after the same name. The period epic action film also stars Mohan Lal, Prabhas, Mohan Babu, Akshay Kumar, Sarathkumar, and more. Prabhas is set to be playing a surprise cameo in the film.

Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, Kannappa has cinematography by Seldon Chau, editing by Anthony Gonsalvez, and music by Stephen Devassy. The stunts and epic war sequences are choreographed by Kecha Khamphakdee. The film is coming to screens on April 25, 2025.
