The makers of the much-anticipated pan-Indian film Thandel, starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, unveiled the film’s second single titled ‘Namo Namah Shivaya - The Shiva Shakti song’ on Saturday. The song composed by Devi Sri Prasad is billed as one of the most exciting portions of the film. The song features energetic dance moves by Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi. With impactful vocals by Anurag Kulkarni and Haripriya, and strong lyrics by Jonnavithula, the Devi Sri Prasad composition promises to be a chartbuster.

Thandel is a love story set along the Srikakulam coast, with Naga Chaitanya portraying a fisherman captured by the Pakistani army.  Sai Pallavi is said to be playing an equally powerful role in the film. The film is written and directed by Chandoo Mondeti, known for the National Award-winning Karthikeya 2. The love story is presented by Geetha Arts and produced by Allu Aravind and Bunny Vas. Shamdat cranked the camera while Srinagendra Tangala served as production designer.

Thandel marks the second collaboration between Naga Chaitanya and director Chandoo Mondeti, following their 2016 project Premam, an official remake of the classic Malayalam film of the same name. The film is releasing on February 7.
