Tuk Tuk gets a release date

The film, directed by C Supreeth Krishna, features Swag fame Harsh Roshan in one of the lead roles

The makers of Tuk Tuk announced the release date for their film on Wednesday. Featuring upcoming actors like Harsh Roshan, Karthikeya Dev, Steven Madhu and Saanvi Meghna, the film will hit theatres on March 21. 

The makers also released a new poster while making the release date announcement. Tuk Tuk is directed by C Supreeth Krishna, who made his debut 4 years ago with Alanti Sitralu. Set against a village backdrop, the film promises to tell a novel story centering around a scooter-cum-auto that possesses extraordinary powers, and holds deep mystery, captivating everyone who comes across it.

Supreeth is also one of the producers for the film, alongwith Rahul Reddy, Lokku Sri Varun and Sriramula Reddy, bankrolling the project under the banners of Chitravahini and RYG Cinemas. The film also features Nihal Kodhaty in a prominent roles.  Santhu Omkar has composed music for the film. Karthik Saikumar has helmed the cinematography, while editing is by Ashwath Shivkumar. The makers of Tuk Tuk are currently wrapping up the last leg of their post-production. 

Karthikeya is most notable for his appearance in Salaar, where he played the younger version of Prithviraj. Besides Tuk Tuk, Harsh has another release coming up with Court - State vs A Nobody that will release on March 14, a week before Tuk Tuk.
