Earlier this week, we had reported about Anandhi’s upcoming Telugu project Shivangi that is scheduled to release theatrically on March 7. The film also stars Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the role of a cop. On Wednesday, the makers released the first single of their film.

Billed as a ‘powerful lady mass anthem, ‘Seema Bidda Raa’ is an intense and stylish composition, offering an impressive blend of western-style vocals and rustic percussions. While AH Kaashif is the music director, the lyrics credits are shared by Srinivas Kamepalli and director Devraj Bharani Dharan. Sahithi Chaganti, Shivani, Haripriya, and Laxmi Meghana, meanwhile are the playback singers.

Anandhi is expected to be seen playing a powerful crime figure in the film. Shivangi also features John Vijay and Dr Koya Kishore in the supporting cast. The film marks the maiden production for the First Copy Movies banner, with Naresh Babu P serving as the producer. Bharani K Dharan is working as DOP, and Raghu Kulkarni is the art director.
