Chandrahass, who made his debut last year with Ramnagar Bunny, will be next seen headlining the action entertainer Barabar Premistha. The makers of the film released their first single on Saturday, titled ‘Reddy Mama.’ Eminent producer Dil Raju graced the song launch ceremony, among others.

Sung by Nakash Aziz and Sahithi Chaganti, ‘Reddy Mama’ is an energetic dance number, with a heavy folk base and rustic vocal style. RR Dhruvan is the music director, and Suresh Gangula has penned the lyrics. The music video features Chandrahass along with the female lead Megna Mukherjee, bringing the house down with their dance moves. 

Barabar Premistha is directed by Sampath Rudra, and produced by Geda Chandu, Gayatri Chinni, and AVR under the banners of CC Creations and AVR Movie Wonders. The film also stars Arjun Mahi, and the supporting cast includes Muralidhar Goud, Laxman Meesala, Sunithaa Manohar and Rajasekhar Aningi among others. MA Tirupathi has penned the storyline, besides co-authoring the screenplay with Sampath. YR Sekhar is the DOP, and Bonthala Nageswar Reddy serves as the editor. 

Barabar Premistha is yet to get a release date.
