Tamannaah Bhatia will next be seen headlining Odela 2, the much anticipated sequel to 2021 film Odela Railway Station. While the release date for the film is yet to be announced, the makers are planning to unveil the film teaser on February 22 at Kashi Maha Kumbh Mela. 

The makers also released a new poster, which features Tamannaah against the Kumbh Mela backdrop. Reportedly, this is the first film ever to have its teaser launch planned at the grand religious fair.  Odela 2 is directed by Ashok Teja, while the story is penned by Sampath Nandi. 

In November last year, the makers had unveiled a character poster for Vasishta N Simha, who will promisingly play a negative shaded character in the film. The film’s supporting cast includes Hebah Patel, Yuva, Naga Mahesh, Vamsi, Gagan Vihari, Surender Reddy, Bhupal, and Pooja Reddy. 

The film is produced by under the banners of Madhu Creations and Sampath Nandi Teamworks. Kantara fame Ajaneesh Loknath is composing the music. Renowned DOP Soundararajan S is handling the cinematography, while art direction is by Rajeev Nair.

Reportedly, the film will also feature Tamannaah performing some breathtaking stunts, for which the actress underwent intense training. Tamannaah was last seen in the Neeraj Pandey directorial Sikandar Ka Muqaddar. Her last Telugu film appearance was in the Chiranjeevi starrer Bholaa Shankar.
