Leading streaming platform Aha released their slate for the year 2025, on Friday. Besides reviving some of its popular non-fiction shows, the streamer will also launch original fiction web-series and movies this year.

The streamer is set to release a heartwarming webseries titled Hometown this year. Directed by Srikanth, Hometown promises to be a nostalgia-inducing show capturing the essence of hometown that’s a relatable emotion for everyone. The show’s cast includes Rajeev Kanakala, Jhansi, and Prajwal Yadma. Aha will also venture into fantasy genre this year with the Raj Tarun starrer Chiranjeevi. Also starring Kushita Kallapu, the film promises to immerse viewers in its fantastical universe. 

Additionally, Easha Rabba starrer Three Roses has been renewed for a second season. The show, which centers on the lives of three powerful women, also stars Kushitha, Rashi Singh, Satya, Harsha, and Prabhas Sreenu. 

2025 on Aha will also see the return of popular non-fiction shows like Dance IKON which returns with its season 2, titled ‘Wildfire’. Hosted by Ohkar, the show’s judge panel includes Faria Abdulllah and Sekhar Master. Meanwhile, Maanas Nagulapalli, Deepika Rangaraju, Yash Master, and Prakruthi Kambam will be appearing as mentors. Other reality shows that are renewed include Chef Mantra Project K, hosted by Suma, that returns with season 3, and comedy game show Sarkaar that is renewed for its fifth reason. The show is hosted by Sudigali Sudheer. 

Aha Content Head Vasudev Koppineni said at the launch event, “2025 is a year of bold and diverse content for aha OTT. We’ve put together a dynamic mix of formats and genres to ensure that we offer something for everyone. Whether it's the return of fan favourites, fresh shows in new genres, or surprise elements in our formats, this year will be packed with exceptional entertainment.”

Incidentally, Aha also completed 5 years of its launch earlier this month.
