Kiran Abbavaram’s Dilruba gets new release date

The romantic drama, directed by Viswa Karun, also stars Rukshar Dhillon

The makers of Kiran Abbavaram’s upcoming romantic comedy Dilruba announced the film’s new release date. The romantic drama, initially scheduled for a Valentine’s Day release, was pushed recently. The film is now arriving on March 14 on the occasion of Holi. The love story also stars Rukshar Dhillon and Nazia Davison. 

The teaser for Dilruba gives a glimpse into a rageful love story where Kiran Abbavaram has to navigate through the pain and positives of love. The teaser promises a fiery romance with equal parts action. The teaser ends with the dialogue in Abbavaram’s voice, “Love is beautiful but the pain it gives is unbearable.” 

Dilruba, written and directed by debutant Viswa Karun, is bankrolled by Ravi, Jojo Jose, Rakesh Reddy under Saregama in association with Sivam Celluloids. The film has high-octane music by Sam CS. 

Kiran Abbavaram was last seen in KA, which has been received well in theatres clocking in more than 50 crores gross at the box office.
