Vishwak Sen’s upcoming entertainer Laila is slated to hit theatres on February 14. On Tuesday, the makers shared that the trailer for the film will be unveiled on February 6.

Directed by Ram Narayan, Laila promisingly tells the story of a popular make-up artist Sonu (Vishwak), someone who takes great pride in his machismo but is eventually compelled to take up the disguise of a woman for some unknown reasons. The film marks the Telugu debut of its female lead Akanksha Sharma, besides featuring actors like Abhimanyu Singh, Vineet Kumar, and Babloo Prithiveeraj in the supporting cast.

Leon James is the music director for the film. The makers have released 3 singles so far, which have collectively garnered over 1 crore hits on YouTube. 

Laila is produced by Sahu Garapati under the banner of Shine Screens. The film will clash at the box office against BrahmaAnandam, the comedy entertainer starring Brahmanandam and his son Raja Gautham.

Vishwak Sen was last seen in Mechanic Rocky, which was released in November last year.
