The shoot for Ritesh Rana’s next film with Satya, Jetlee, commenced a few days ago. Besides featuring the popular comedian in lead role, the film also features Rhea Singha as the female lead. On Thursday, the team released a new poster, introducing Rhea’s character.

By the looks of it, Rhea will be seen in a completely action-packed avatar. The poster is interesting in other ways too. Besides capturing a action-heavy backdrop, there are several other elements that catch your attention — a liquor bottle, a brochure cover of a fictional air travel brand (Swingfisher) and a soda can. It’s highly likely Rhea plays a secret agent who moonlights as an air hostess. More details about the role are yet to be shared.

The title announcement for the film was made four weeks ago.  Jetlee will be produced by Chiranjeevi (Cherry) and Hemalatha Pedamallu under the banner of Clap Entertainment, which also bankrolled the Mathu Vadalara movies, which were directed by Ritesh Rana and also featured Satya in lead cast. Ritesh Rana also reunites with composer Kaala Bhairava for the film. The director has also penned the dialogues, besides co-writing the story and screenplay with Jeyendhra Aerrola.

The supporting cast also includes Vennela Kishore. In the technical team, Suresh Sangamam is the cinematographer and Karthika Srinivas is the editor. Production design is by Narni Srinivas, and action choreography is Wing Chun Anji. Additionally, Chukkla Vijay Kumar has been credited as the co-director.

Mythri Movie Makers are onboard for this film as well as presenters. Satya was recently seen in films like Andhra King Taluka and Dude, both of which were incidentally produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
