With several big films competing for the upcoming Sankranthi festival, Anaganaga Oka Raju, starring Naveen Polishetty and Meenakshi Chaudhary, is one of them. While there has been speculation about whether the film can meet its deadline, Naveen has put all rumours to rest. “We are coming on January 14, 2026, as announced earlier. There is no change in the release date,” he said.

Naveen shared that the shoot is nearly complete and promotions are already underway. “We received an excellent response for the song 'Bheemavaram Balma', and I’m overwhelmed by the love. I also enjoyed singing the track,” he added.

“Our film is perfect for the festive season, which is why we chose Sankranthi for the release,” Naveen said. Directed by Maari and produced by Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments, the film has only one song left to be shot, which will be completed in a few days, he confirmed. Naveen also mentioned that promotional activities will continue in full swing.

“The film offers non-stop entertainment from start to finish, and audiences will thoroughly enjoy it,” he said, making a special mention of Rao Ramesh, who plays an important role.

According to a source, Naveen is also planning to promote the film in the USA. He is expected to travel there soon and return to India ahead of the release.
