Megastar Chiranjeevi has teamed up for the first time with director Anil Ravipudi for Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, a filmmaker known for his trademark entertaining style. Venkatesh plays a key role in the film, while Nayanthara stars as the female lead. The first single, 'Meesala Pilla', was released a few weeks ago and quickly turned into a chartbuster, dominating playlists for several weeks.

Now, the makers have released the promo of the second single, 'Sasirekha', on Saturday. The full track will be out on December 8, as confirmed by the team. In the promo, Chiranjeevi appears in a completely traditional avatar, while Nayanthara looks radiant in a saree. The visuals show both of them traveling in separate boats across serene waters.

Bheems Ceciroleo, who composed music for Anil Ravipudi’s earlier film Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, is scoring the music for this project as well. Sasirekha appears to be a melodious number, and Bheems’s composition complements it perfectly. He has also lent his voice to the song along with Madhupriya. Fans may recall that Madhupriya sang the popular track 'Godari Gattupaina' in Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, and she returns to sing Sasirekha for this film. With this song, she is expected to add yet another hit to her name.

Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu is slated for a Sankranthi release. The film is being jointly produced by Sahu Garapati and Sushmitha Konidela. With several big releases lined up for the festive season, this film stands out as a major contender, especially with both Chiranjeevi and Venkatesh headlining the cast.
