A grand pre-release event for War 2 was held in Hyderabad on Sunday. Everyone from the primary team, including Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Ayan Mukerji was present at the event. On the occasion, Ayan spoke about his film and its grey shades.

When asked by the anchor who is the good guy and bad guy in War 2, Ayan stated, “Honestly, we have set off to make a great two-hero film in War 2. There is something in our story, when you come out after watching the film, you will have to tell me who is the good guy and who is the bad one. The answer is not so clear.”

Further talking about his film’s strengths, Ayan noted, “Anybody who watches this film in any part of the country, they are going to root for both our heroes.”

Also spilling beans on Jr NTR’s entry scene in the film, Ayan added on a lighthearted note, “We are smart enough to not make a movie where Jr NTR comes at interval point. About everything else, you have to see the film and discover it. We have not yet released the real soul of our film.”

Later at the event, Jr NTR praised Ayan Mukerji, stating, “I know how many sleepless night he has spent to carve this amazing visual vaganza. There couldn’t be any better director to helm this film, and Ayan will be remembered for directing War 2, which will be one of the greatest films of our times.”

Also starring Kiara Advani and produced by Yash Raj Films, War 2 is set for a grand boxoffice clash with Rajinikanth starrer Coolie. A few days ago, the film was passed with a U/A 16+ certificate, but with a few cuts. The final run time of the film is now 171.44 minutes. Naga Vamsi is distributing the action entertainer in Telugu territories.
