Ustaad Bhagat Singh wraps schedule; Harish Shankar shares still with Pawan Kalyan

Director Harish Shankar confirms progress on the film and praises Pawan Kalyan’s energy on set

Director Harish Shankar has announced the completion of the latest shooting schedule for Ustaad Bhagat Singh, starring Pawan Kalyan. Taking to social media, Harish shared a still with himself and Kalyan from the sets and wrote, “Successfully wrapped the schedule of #UstaadBhagatSingh with the immense support and unstoppable energy of Power Star Pawan Kalyan. This day will always be remembered.”

The film marks a reunion between Pawan Kalyan and Harish Shankar after their 2012 blockbuster Gabbar Singh. Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner, Ustaad Bhagat Singh stars Sreeleela in the female lead role, with Raashii Khanna recently joining the cast.

According to reports, the recently concluded schedule included the filming of a dance number featuring Pawan Kalyan and Sreeleela. The team had previously completed shooting major action sequences, including the climax portions.

Initially announced as an adaptation of Vijay’s Tamil film Theri, the project underwent significant script changes and was developed into an original narrative by Harish Shankar. Pawan Kalyan will be seen in the role of a police officer in the film.

The technical team includes composer Devi Sri Prasad, cinematographer Ayananka Bose, editor Ujjwal Kulkarni, and production designer Anand Sai.

Pawan Kalyan was recently seen in Hari Hara Veera Mallu and is also awaiting the release of Sujeeth’s OG on September 25. With Ustaad Bhagat Singh steadily progressing, fans are eagerly awaiting further updates on its release.
