Anupama Parameswaran joins the cast of Sharwanand’s next

The upcoming action-drama marks 15th production for Sri Sathya Sai Arts

We had earlier reported about Sharwanand reuniting with writer-director Sampath Nandi for one of his upcoming films, tentatively titled Sharwa 38. Anupama Parameswaran has now come on board for the film. 

The makers of the film made the announcement on Saturday, with a monochrome poster featuring Anupama in a crumpled sari, in a partially veiled frame. The caption read, “Team Sharwa 38 proudly welcomes the incredibly talented Anupama Parameswaran on board for this fiery ride.” Anupama’s last Telugu release was the 2024 blockbuster Tillu Square.

The team also announced that they are planning to commence the shoot soon. 

Billed as a violent action-drama, Sharwa 38 is produced by KK Radhamohan under the Sri Sathya Sai Arts banner. Bheems Ceciroleo has been signed as the music director. On the technical front, Soundar Rajan and Kiran Kumar Manne will be in charge of cinematography and production design, respectively.

Meanwhile, Sharwannad has another film coming up titled Nara Nara Naduma Murari, directed by Ram Abbaraju, which he headlines alongwith Samyuktha. Sharwnand was last seen in Manamey, where he shared screen with Krithi Shetty.
