The first glimpse of Peddi, the upcoming pan-India film starring Ram Charan, has been released along with its official release date on Sunday on the occasion of SriRama Navami. The film is storming screens on March 27, 2026.

The teaser of Peddi showcases Ram Charan in a new rugged avatar, sporting long hair, a thick beard, a nose ring, and delivering dialogue in the Vizianagaram dialect for the first time in his career. The sequence begins with Charan entering a cricket ground with a bat over his shoulder and a cigar in hand, greeted by a cheering crowd. A dialogue from his character sets the tone, reflecting his ambitious outlook in life. The scene transitions from paddy fields to the cricket ground, culminating in a powerful shot of Charan knocking a ball out of the park.

Directed by National Award-winner Buchi Babu Sana, the film is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, and presented by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings. The visuals, captured by cinematographer R Rathnavelu, are backed by an electrifying score from AR Rahman, and editing by Navin Nooli. The rural setting has production design by Avinash Kolla. Peddi also stars Janhvi Kapoor, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyendu Sharma.
