Filmmaker Sukumar, whose previous film Pushpa: The Rise emerged as one of the biggest box office hits of recent times, is currently busy filming the sequel Pushpa 2: The Rule. The film that has been on the shooting floors for a long time, is currently scheduled to release in December this year. Recently, noted filmmaker SS Rajamouli visited the sets of Pushpa 2, and met with Sukumar.

The Pushpa 2 director shared a photo from the meet, adding the caption, “Meeting Rajamouli Garu on the set of our film, Pushpa 2, was an unforgettable experience. His presence made the set even more vibrant, and reconnecting with him made the moment truly remarkable.” Accompanying the two filmmakers in the picture is cinematographer Miroslaw Brozek, who is working on Pushpa 2.

Pushpa 2: The Rule is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on December 6, 2024. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, it stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil in prominent roles.
