Dakshina is an upcoming psychological thriller starring Sai Dhansika, Rishav Basu, Ankitha Muler, and more. The makers announced on Friday that the film is set to release on October 4. The dark thriller is written and directed by Osho Tulasiram, who previously made horror hits like Mantra (2007) and Mangala (2011). 

Dakshina is produced by Ashok Shinde under the banner of Cult Concepts. The film is being distributed by the renowned Mythri Movie Makers. The team released a trailer for the film on May 15, which gave a glimpse into the film’s dark psychopathic world. The trailer depicts a set of merciless killings on young women by an unknown assailant. The police officer played by Sai Dhansika has to hunt down the ruthless criminal. 

Dakshina has cinematography by RK, editing by Vinay, and music by DSR. The film also features Magna Choudhary, Naveen, Karuna, Hima Shailaja, and Others.
