Priyadarshi’s Sarangapani Jathakam wraps up shoot

Written and directed by Mohanakrishna Indraganti, the film is set to come to the theatres soon

The makers of an upcoming comedy-drama, Sarangapani Jathakam unveiled a wrap video declaring that the film is done with shoot. The film written and directed by Mohana Krishna Indraganti stars Priyadarshi in the titular role of an astrologer. On the occasion of Priyadarshi’s birthday, the makers released a first look poster showing Priyadarshi’s character examining his plan. They also wrote with the poster, “Adrushta Rekha Kanipinchinda, Saranga?” (Found the luck line, Saranga?)

Mohana Krishna Indraganti’s previous outings include Gentleman (2016), Sammohanam (2018), and V (2020). The director returns with his strong suit in situational comedy with this film produced by Sivalenka Krishnaprasad under the banner of Sridevi Movies. The film also features Rupa Kuduyur. The technical crew has cinematographer PG Vindha and editing by Marthand Venkatesh. The music for the film is composed by Vivek Sagar. 

The producer of Sarangapani Jathakam also added that the team will start dubbing from September 12 and that the film is a full-fledged entertainer. They are yet to announce a release date for the film.
