Lakshmi Manchu’s Adiparvam to release worldwide in 500 screens

The film, billed as a period drama, is being directed by Sanjeev Megoti

Lakshmi Manchu will soon be seen headlining the period film Adiparvam. The makers of the film had confirmed October 31 as the release date for their film a few days ago. Recently, the team announced that they are planning to release their film in 500 theatres worldwide.

Adiparvam promises to be a love story set against the backdrop of Erragudi with Lakshmi playing a character named Nagamma. Directed by Sanjeev Megoti, the film is based on true events that happened between 1974 and 1990 and is built around the theme of battle between good and evil, with an element of divine intervention. While Siva Kanthmaneni, Esther and Aditya Om play prominent roles in the film, actors like Suhasini, Srijita Ghosh, Venkat Kiran, Satya Prakash, Gemini Suresh, Delhi Rajeshwari, Harry Josh, and Jabardast Gaddam Naveen, among others, are part of the ensemble cast.

On the technical front, SN Harish and Pawan Shekhar Pusupuleti helm cinematography and editing, respectively. Nataraj is the action director. Additionally, there are multiple music composers on board for the film, like Madhavi Saiba, Open Banana, B Sultan Vali, and Lubeck Lee Marvin.

Adiparvam is produced under the banner of Anwika Arts in association with AI Entertainments.
