Jr NTR and director Prashanth Neel are working on an untitled action film. The actioner is rumoured to be a stand alone film as both the RRR star and the KGF director have decided to break away from the current trend of multi-part films. The high-budget violent is backed by Mythri Movies Makers. The team recently launched the film with a pooja ceremony. 

Jr NTR is said to join the shoot in January as confirmed by the actor himself. There are rumours floating that Rukmini Vasanth us being considered to play the female lead in the film. Initially, the actioner was tentatively titled “Dragon” but the makers are yet to announce the title. The film is being planned for a January 9, 2026 release date as of now. 

Jr NTR is riding high on the success of the Koratala Siva directorial, Devara: Part 1. The second part of the film is said to start after Jr NTR’s film with Prashanth Neel.
