The makers of the upcoming Sai Ronak starrer Rewind released the official trailer for their film on Sunday. Also starring Amrutha Chowdary in a prominent role, Rewind is a sci-fi thriller.

By the looks of it, Rewind promises to play on the concept of time travel, where an old-fashioned radio transistor is the key device at play. The protagonist (Sai Ronak) is in love with a collegemate, only to find himself in a scenario 5 years later, where everyone around him has moved on, including his beloved. However, as the protagonist discovers, there is a lot more he has lost on a personal level, leading him to many more challenges and confrontations. Rewind is produced and directed by Kalyan Chakravarthy, who has also written the story screenplay and dialogues for the film.

The supporting cast of the film includes actors like Suresh, Samrat, Abhishek Viswakarma, Jabardast Nagi, Ramu Gandham, Rajesh Vulli, Funbucket Bharath, and Neelima Pethakamsetti. Ashirvad is the music director for the film. The cinematography and editing are by Shivaram Charan and Thushara Pala, respectively. 

Earlier slated to release in September, the sci-fi thriller-drama will now hit theatres on October 18.
