Director Poorvaj’s next project, Killer Part 1: Dream Girl has been announced with a motion poster. The film is touted as a female-led action thriller featuring Jyothi Poorvaj. The director’s previous works include Shukra (2021), Matarani Maunamidhi (2022), and the upcoming, A Masterpiece. 

Killer Part 1: Dream Girl’s motion poster depicts the shadow of a woman, with a gun with chess pieces around her. Produced by Poorvaaj and Prajay Kamat under the banners of Think Cinema and Merge XR, this film marks the two labels’ second collaboration.

Jyothi Poorvaj became famous for many hit TV serials. This film marks her first solo appearance as a lead. Killer Part 1: Dream girl has cinematography by Jagadeesh Bommishetti, as well as music by Ashir Luke and Suman Jeeva Ratan. The makers are yet to reveal more details about the film’s cast and release date.
