First glimpse of Harudu - The Destroyer out

Venkat plays DCP Shankar in the upcoming actioner

Venkat, who is popular for films like Prema Kosam and Sri Seetharamula Kalyanam Chutamu Rarandi, is making a comeback after several years with his next film titled Harudu - The Destroyer. The makers of Harudu unveiled the first glimpse for their film on Saturday. 

Venkat plays DCP Shankar in the film, which also stars Sri Hari, Saloni, Natasha, Ali, Suman, Ravi Varma, and Subhashree in the ensemble cast. Hebah Patel, meanwhile, plays the female lead.

Harudu is directed by Ram Talluri, who shall be making his directorial debut with his film. The Harudu director has earlier produced popular films like Chuttalabbayi and Disco Raja. Mani Zenna is the music director for the film. Uppu Maruthi is the editor, while the cinematography is jointly helmed by Sunny D and Anand Marukurthi.

Dr Praveen Reddy and Dr Dikkula Laxmanrao are producing the film under the banners Mythri Arts and Mythri Box Office. Harudu is still in a post-production stage, and the makers are yet to set a release date for their film.
