The makers of the upcoming Telugu-Tamil heist thriller, Zebra, starring Satyadev and Dhananjaya in lead roles, announced that the film cleared its censorship formalities and got a U/A certification. Recently, the film had its trailer released, which depicts Satyadev as a bank employee who runs a scam to take care of his family when things go wrong, pitting against a powerful character, Dali, played by Dhananjaya. The film is set to be about greed versus self-respect in a quirky presentation.

Zebra is directed by Easvar Karthic, who previously made the Keerthy Suresh starrer Penguin. The thriller is bankrolled by SN Reddy, S Padmaja, Bala Sundaram, and Dinesh Sundaram under the banners of Padmaja Films Private Ltd and Old Town Pictures. The film’s extended cast has Satya, Satyaraj, Jennifer Piccinato, Priya Shankar Bhavani, and Sunil, among others.

Zebra’s technical crew has music by Ravi Basrur, of KGF fame, which is a huge reason for the film’s buzz. The film has Satya Ponmar, who cranked the camera while Anil Krish took care of editing. The heist thriller is coming to the screens on November 22 in major pan-Indian languages, clashing with Vishwak Sen’s Mechanic Rocky
