The makers of Kubera announced on Wednesday that superstar Mahesh Babu is going to launch the first glimpse of the Dhanush starrer on November 15. Billed as a political thriller, Kubera is written and directed by Sekhar Kammula. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Nagarjuna in key roles, and the collaboration of these stars with the Happy Days director created immense buzz for the film. Recently, the makers also unveiled posters of Nagarjuna and Rashmika from the film.

Kubera is produced by the late Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Cinemas and Amigos Cinemas, respectively. The film will have a pan-Indian release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. The film’s ensemble cast also includes Jim Sarbh and Dalip Tahil. 

Kubera has music by Devi Sri Prasad, cinematography by Niketh Bommi, and editing by Karthika Srinivas. The film marks the first collaboration of actor Dhanush and director Sekhar Kammula and the first thriller for the director, who is popular for rom-coms and youthful dramas. The makers are yet to announce a release date for the film.
