The Ashok Galla starrer Devaki Nandana Vasudeva, the storyline for which has been penned by Prasanth Varma, was scheduled to hit theatres this coming week on November 14. However, on Saturday, the makers decided to postpone their film’s release by another week. Devaki Nandana Vasudeva will now hit theatres on November 22 instead.

The makers released their new single, 'Bangaram,’ on Wednesday. Bheems Ceciroleo is the music director for the film. The film is produced by Somineni Balakrishna under the banner of Lalithambika Productions. Directed by Arjun Jandhyala, the film stars Manasa Varanasi as the female lead. Arjun has also penned the screenplay for his film. 

While the makers had released the film teaser 9 months ago, the official trailer is yet to be unveiled. There were also reports that Mahesh Babu, Ashok Galla’s uncle, will be seen in a special cameo in the film. 

With November 22 being its new release date, the Ashok Galla starrer will now clash at the boxoffice against films like Mechanic Rocky and Zebra.
