The much-anticipated first look of Ghaati, a pan-India film featuring Anushka Shetty and directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, was unveiled on Anushka’s birthday on Thursday. The poster reveals the Arundati actor in a fierce and gritty look, a dramatic shift from her recent roles. Displayed with blood-splattered hands, a bold expression, and a striking bindi, Anushka’s character evokes a complex narrative of strength and survival. The visual hints at a story deeply rooted in dark themes exploring resilience within harsh realities. The poster’s tagline, “Victim, Criminal, Legend,” suggests a multi-dimensional journey for Anushka’s character.
Produced by Rajeev Reddy and Sai Babu Jagarlamudi under the banner of First Frame Entertainment and presented by UV Creations, Ghaati marks Anushka’s fourth collaboration with UV Creations. This project reunites her with director Krish Jagarlamudi, following the success of their previous film, Vedam. Supported by a talented technical crew, including cinematographer Manojh Reddy Katasani, music director Nagavelli Vidya Sagar, and art director Thota Tharrani, the film is said to be nearing completion.
Set to release in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi, Ghaati aims to offer a gripping experience to audiences across India.
