The makers of Patang released their official teaser on Thursday. The film stars Pranav Kaushik, Preethi Pagadala, and Vamsi Pujit in lead roles.

By the looks of its teaser video, Patang promises to be a light-hearted and fun-filled drama about the friendship and coming-of-age of its three protagonists, Arun (Pranav Kaushik), Whisky (Vamsi Pujit) and Preethi Pagadala’s character (whose name is undisclosed). The film’s story also seemingly carries sports as the backdrop, which remains an integral element in the friendship of the two boys.

Patang is being produced by Vijay Sekhar Anne, Sampath Maka, and Sresh Kothinti under the banner of Cinematic Elements and Rishaan Cinemas. Praneeth Prattipati is directing the film. Jose Jimmy has composed the music, and Shreemani has penned the lyrics. The cinematography is by Shakthi Arvind, and editing is by Chanakya Reddy Toorupu.
