The official trailer of the long-delayed Pawan Kalyan starrer Hari Hara Veera Mallu (HHVM) was unveiled on Thursday. The trailer also came with a couple of major announcements that gave some clarity to the film’s status, putting the rumours of HHVM getting shelved to rest. The film, an action adventure based on the life of the eponymous 17th century heroic outlaw, will now release in two parts. The first part of the film will now be called Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part-1: Sword vs Spirit. Director Krish Jagarlamudi has also been replaced with Jyothi Krisna. The latter, known for directing films like Enakku 20 Unakku 18 (2003) and Oxygen (2017), will finish the project under the close supervision of Krish.

HHVM also stars Nidhhi Agerwal, Bobby Deol, Sunil and Nora Fatehi in key roles. The teaser describes Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s character as a ‘lone warrior’ who ‘wages a war for justice’ in a land ‘where the poor are exploited and the rich thrive’. Pawan Kalyan plays the hero of the poor, while Bobby Deol will be seen in the role of a Mughal emperor. HHVM is produced by AM Rathnam under the Mega Surya productions banner. The film has music by MM Keeravani. Gnanasekhar VS and Manoj Paramahamsa are the cinematographers of the film, with editing by Praveen KL. The makers of the film plan to release HHVM by the end of this year.
