Parvateesam, whose upcoming film Market Mahalakshmi is slated for a theatrical release on April 19, will soon be seen in another movie titled Mercy Killing. On Wednesday, the makers of Mercy Killing released their new single ‘Muddha Banthi Pavvulaa.’

‘Muddha Banthi Pavvula’ is a romantic song with a rich old-fashioned arrangement style. The interludes of the song are also laced with an interesting use of strings, and the song concludes with a rousing chorus. 'Muddha Banthi Pavvula' is composed by ML Raja, who has also doubled up as a lyricist for the song. Javed Ali has rendered this love song with his quintessential blend of sweetness and intensity.

On March 20, the makers of Mercy Killing officially unveiled the first look of their film. Siddhartha Hariyala and Madhavi Talabattula have produced the film. Venkat Ramana Surapalli, who directed the 2021 film Devarakondalo Vijay Premakatha, is the director for Mercy Killng. Amar G. is the cinematographer for the film, and Kapil Balla is the editor. 

Ishwarya Vullingala plays the female lead opposite Parvateesam. The film’s supporting cast includes names like Sai Kumar, Harika Pedada, Anand Chakrapani, Garshan Srinivas, Shaking Shesu, Ragastalam Laxmi, Lab Sharath, Hemasundhar, Veerabadram, and Pramila Rani.
