Ram Charan will collaborate with Pushpa filmmaker Sukumar for his next project. The two had earlier collaborated on the 2018 action-drama Rangasthalam

The film, tentatively titled RC17, will be jointly produced by Sukumar Writings and Mythri Movie Makers. The latter had also produced Rangasthalam. Notable music director Devi Sri Prasad, who had composed music for Rangasthalam as well, has been signed for the project. More details about the film’s primary cast and crew are awaited. RC is tentatively scheduled to release in late 2025.

It is to be noted that Sukumar is also presenting Ram Charan-Janhvi Kapoor starrer RC16, which was officially launched the previous week. RC16 is being directed by Buchi Babu Sana, who rose to fame with his National award winning film Uppena (2021).

Presently, Ram Charan is busy wrapping up work for S Shankar’s Game Changer, where he shares screen with Kiara Advani. Meanwhile, Sukumar’s next film Pushpa: The Rule starring Allu Arjun is all set to release on August 15, 2024.
