‘Maa Ooru Srikakulam’ from Srikulam Sherlockholmes is an evocative composition

Renowned singer Mangli is the playback vocalist for the song, while Sunil Kashyap is the composer

The makers of Vennela Kishore starrer Srikakulam Sherlock Holmes released their first single, ‘Maa Ooru Srikakulam', on Friday. The upcoming comedy also features Ananya Nagalla, Siya Gowtam, and Muralidhar Goud in the lead cast.

Sung by renowned singer Mangli, ‘Maa Ooru Srikakulam’ is a heartfelt rustic composition about the simplicity of the Srikakulam village. Sunil Kashyap has composed the evocative number, while the lyrics are penned by Ramajogayya Sastry.

The first motion poster for the film was launched on May 30. Sriraklulam Sherlock Holmes is produced by Vennapusa Ramana Reddy under the banner Sri Ganapathi Cinemas. Lasya Reddy is presenting the film. Writer Mohan, who is the director of the film, has also written the film’s script. Mallikarjun Naragani is the cinematographer, and Avinash Gurlinka is the editor.

Vennela Kishore was recently seen in the horror-comedy OMG (O Manchi Ghost), which was released on June 21.
