The makers of Lucky Baskhar released their first single, ‘Srimathi Garu', on Wednesday. The Venky Atluri directorial is a period heist drama starring Dulquer Salmaan in the lead roles. 

Composed by GV Prakash Kumar, ‘Srimathi Garu’ is a sweet yet rousing romantic number, with great blend of old-school symphonic sound and contemporary beats. Vishal Mishra and Shweta Mohan have sung the lilting composition, while Shreemani has penned the lyrics. The ‘Srimathi Garu’ lyrical video captures the journey of film’s two leads as they fall in love and start a new life together. The makers also released the Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil versions of the song. 

Besides Dulquer, Lucky Baskhar also stars Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead. Nimish Ravi is the cinematographer for the film, while the editing is done by Navin Nooli.

Produced by Naga Vamsi S and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, Lucky Baskhar is currently slated to release on September 27, where it will clash against the NTR Jr-starrer actioner Devara.
