The character poster of Disha Patani’s character in Kalki 2898 AD was unveiled by the makers on Thursday. Disha celebrates her birthday today. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan (extended cameo).

In the poster, Disha is seen leaning on a wall as the golden light from the sun falls on her. In the background, some structures are seen. She plays the character of Roxie in the film. The makers wrote in the caption, “Wishing our Roxie, Disha Patani a very Happy Birthday.”

Earlier, the trailer of the film was released which promised to offer a cinematic spectacle that explores mythology, time-travel, and science fiction at once.

The ensemble cast of Kalki 2898 AD includes the likes of Shobhana, Brahmanandam, Rajendra Prasad, and Saswata Chatterjee, among others. Additionally, Mahanati actress Keerthy Suresh has provided the voiceover for the character of Bujji, Bhairava’s robot automobile friend.

Santosh Narayanan has composed the music for the Nag Ashwin directorial. The cinematography is by Djordje Stojiljkovic, and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor.
